Private Yoga/Movement Sessions

Whether you're dealing with pain related to Diastasis Recti, Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction (PSD), or any other pregnancy or birth related issues, practicing regularly on your own (with correct technique reminders) is key to recovery and healing. Daniele can help you find your path to recovery, get you feeling strong and pain free, and give you the tools to take care of your body and your baby with confidence and more body awareness.

Sessions can be booked for 30min or 60min in the studio or via Zoom. For postpartum, baby is always welcome, and we can take breaks as needed.

In Home Private Yoga/Movement

These sessions are 1 hour & 15 min to allow for extra time to talk through concerns and get properly set-up. Taught by a specially trained movement teacher and doula, so you can rest easy knowing that your instructor is well suited to being in your private, sacred space. All instructors at RSG are vaccinated and boosted and will arrive with sanitized props (if needed) and wearing a KN95 mask. There will be a short series of questions prior to your lesson so that your instructor can have some background info and prepare for your unique needs and challenges. See you soon!
