Can I bring my child with me to your classes?

Almost every class for our postpartum students allow babies/children. Some are for non-mobile babies only, while other welcome mobile babies/toddlers. Check the class description. Each individual class will tell you. Still have questions? Don’t hesitate to contact us!


Are your postpartum classes ok for me if I’m worried about diastasis recti?

Yes, our teachers are trained specifically for postpartum recovery, and you are in the best of care.


When is it safe to resume yoga after giving birth?

Health care providers generally give the “okay” for resuming normal activity and exercise 4-8 weeks after giving birth, but we also have an on-demand yoga class called Brand New Baby that you can do from your bed right after birth.


Do you have a membership program?

Yes! Two levels of support. You can read about the benefits of each here and here.


Do you have online offerings if I can’t make it to your studio?

Yes! We have an on-demand library available here


Do you automatically pause my membership after I give birth (postpartum)?

We don't automatically pause memberships. Some people use their membership almost immediately after birth (such as attending Brand New Baby Movement for Postpartum Healing). We are happy to pause memberships at your request.


Rentals: What are your policies about furniture in the space? Shoes, etc?

We prefer no shoes are worn in the space and there must be skid protectors on furniture to protect our beautiful hardwood floors.


How long do I have to use my class card?

All Pregnancy, Postpartum, Parent, and Kid Class Cards as well as Gift Cards expire after 6 months.


What is your Purchase Policy? Can I have a refund?

No guarantee is implied that a specific class format, teacher or time slot will continue to be offered indefinitely and no refunds, extensions, or early contract cancellations will be issued due to schedule changes.

No refunds on memberships. If you would like to cancel your membership, this must be done before your renewal date. Once you terminate your membership, you will continue to have access to your membership and membership benefits through the end of your billing period. You will not be refunded a prorated amount.

No refunds on class package purchases. Class package purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Retail purchases are returnable if, unworn with receipt and all sales tags intact, within 15 days of purchase. Retail “sale” items are nonreturnable/nonrefundable. All classes, passes, packs, memberships, workshops/events, teacher training fees and any other non-merchandise purchases are considered non-returnable and non-transferable and expire 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.


What is your cancellation policy? And why do you have one?!?

Because our classes are often waitlisted, we have put cancellation windows on our studio offerings. This ensures people on the waitlist the opportunity to take class if you cannot and allows our teachers to be paid fairly.

To receive credit back to your account and not be charged a late cancellation fee, you must cancel your reservation prior to class. For regular classes, our cancellation window is 2 hours prior to the start of class. The cancellation window for special events and workshops is 24 hours in advance. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be credited back to the client account for future purchases. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be charged a fee, however no refunds will be issued (unless the event or workshop is cancelled by the studio.)
