Private Consultation with Daniele Strawmyre
Let us know how we can best support you and your journey.

A private consultation creates an opportunity to:

  • Discuss discomfort or chronic pain you are experiencing

  • Address concerns or fears surrounding birth or the postpartum period

  • Assess how you're feeling physically and emotionally (and discuss how to feel better!)

  • Process your birth story

  • Ease the transition into parenthood

  • Address any other concerns related to conception, pregnancy, birth, or postpartum

Together, we will come up with an individualized plan of support, which might include private yoga sessions, community-building, or local resources for additional support.

Consultations are 15-20 minutes, held via phone or Zoom, and include a follow-up email recapping our conversation. Click below for more details.


Private Yoga & Movement Sessions

Whether you're dealing with Diastasis Recti, experiencing physical discomfort related to pregnancy or birth, or simply looking to (re)connect with your ever-changing body, these private sessions are available to support you!  A regular movement practice (with proper alignment) can be a powerful tool in recovery and healing. We’ll help you find your optimal path to recovery, get you feeling strong, reduce pain, and equip you with tools to confidently care for your body and baby! 

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, held in the studio or via Zoom. Babies welcome!


In-Home Private Yoga & Movement Sessions

These 75 minute sessions allow extra time to discuss your concerns and set-up in your space. Taught by a specially-trained movement teacher and doula, you can rest easy knowing that your instructor is well suited to work with you in your private, sacred space.

You’ll be asked to answer a short series of questions prior to your lesson to help your instructor prepare. We want to make the most of our time together!

I took a private lesson with Dani 3 months postpartum and look my little one with me, where he was by my side the whole time. Little one seems to do very well in this environment as it is very peaceful. My body was so adjusted with a bump and weight added, I basically forgot what my posture was prior to pregnancy. Dani took the time to show me breathing techniques, posture, and movements in order to restrengthen my core. Most of the time, people don’t focus on a mother’s postpartum body because it has become all about baby post birth. A private lesson is a great way to get some quality time with you and your baby while healing during this somewhat crazy part of your life.
