“I’m interested in creating spaces where postpartum folks can rebuild strength, trust, and body awareness at their own pace. As a parent of elementary school-aged children, I bring lived experience and a deep respect for the postpartum journey.”


I've been practicing yoga for over 18 years and teach with a focus on presence and curiosity. My classes support strength, mobility, and body awareness, with space for students to explore what works best for their own bodies. I completed my foundational training with Suniti Dernovsek at the People's Yoga and continued with Sarahjoy Marsh through a 300-hour advanced training and an 800-hour yoga therapy program that integrates yoga, neuroscience and psychology. I studied postnatal yoga with Julia Forest and postnatal anatomy & physiology with Lisa Fitzpatrick. I encourage students to practice in ways that feel sustainable, empowering and aligned with their body. In addition to group classes, I offer one-on-one yoga therapy and make small-batch chocolate.
