The yoga instructors are great at targeting any trouble spots you're having, and it's also a nice opportunity to touch base with other moms and compare notes on your pregnancy and/or babies. “I started with the prenatal yoga classes and moved to the postpartum classes with my baby. Daniele’s knowledge of anatomy, pregnancy and movement is inspiring. She knows exactly what to do to help make you feel better as your body changes and your baby grows. The only reason my birth went as smoothly as it did, was because of the techniques and movements I learned at Ready Set Grow. “ I started going to prenatal yoga classes at Ready Set Grow. The prenatal classes are great because it gets your body moving without injuring yourself, and stretching to relieve pregnancy aches that you might have. There is also a lot of discussion on birth prep, which enabled me to feel extremely confident during birth using the breathing techniques and movement that I learned during the classes.
The baby and me classes are so fun and it is something that I love doing with my little one, This is one of the few places where I don't feel guilty about bringing a crying baby to as the environment is extremely supportive and judgement-free. After all, everyone needs to get out with the baby and do something, as you can only go on so many stroller walks.”

“I love attending classes here - I've attended prenatal (at both locations) and baby/me classes. Danielle is the best yoga instructor I have had. She speaks from the heart, gives great advice, works with the specific needs of your body, and makes adjustments to the yoga positions you are in (to ensure safety and be able to get the most out of the pose). Because of her, my body and mind feel at peace after her class. I also feel so present with my little baby. I have met some great mommies as well - and now have a mommy tribe. Please attend her classes - you'll love every minute of it.”

“This class was extremely helpful for my sensitive postpartum body. The class has a casual vibe allowing me to feel safe rolling in with my unpredictable 3 month old. I now feel like I have the support I need to get strong after the trauma of giving birth during this hectic stage in life. Highly recommend this class for new moms.
