FAMILY YOGA - A yoga class for the WHOLE FAMILY! A playful, open-ended class appropriate for any age, from babies to elementary age kids, teens, parents, grandparents; all are welcome! Classes will flow and change in the moment with our highly trained and experienced teachers effortlessly designing classes to the needs of the students present, and offering redirection when needed.

Meditation + Movement + Fun = A much needed, end-of-day reset. *This is an inclusive offering! **Children under 10 years old and anyone who needs additional support must attend with a parent, guardian, care provider or mentor.

BABY & ME YOGA (ALL PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS WELCOME!) - This class is similar to our Postpartum Yoga class but with less focus on postpartum recovery and some more attention for non-birthing parents and caregivers. We will work on releasing tension in all the areas most affected by caring for a baby while interacting with baby in fun and engaging ways. All levels, all gender identities, all caregivers with their pre and early mobile babies welcome!

CAREGIVER + BIRTHWORKER RESTORATIVE YOGA - Combining elements of slow flow and restorative yoga with mindfulness, breath work and self compassion practices that support the body, mind and spirit. Leave feeling relaxed and ready for a more peaceful sleep.

Taught with an awareness of the impacts of babycare on the body, this class is open to all caregivers and birthworkers. *This class is an adult only class. ** No one turned away for lack of funds.

PRENATAL + POSTPARTUM FLOW FOR ALL BODIES - This class is appropriate for prenatal and postpartum people and taught with different variations and options for different stages of the journey of parenthood. ALL caregivers are welcome! Start your day off right with some re-centering, intentional action, built flow, simple shapes, and grounding. Consider this the calm before the storm. This gentle but invigorating early morning class invites you to jump into whatever joy you're chasing that day, leaving right at class end, or take extra time coming out of the space we've created and luxuriating in a nice long savasana to ease into your day.

NEW PARENT SHARING CIRCLE - DONATION APPRECIATED - Parenthood is magical, frustrating, exciting, and exhausting. Come ask questions, meet other parents, and share your weekly challenges and triumphs. Led by RSG owner and mother of 3, Daniele Strawmyre, you can trust that you'll get accurate information as well as camaraderie. Babies-in-arms are welcome!

Location will vary depending on the weather, and the desires of the group. A neighborhood café, a walk in the park, or a private garden, we'll send you our meeting location (always a block or less from RSG studio) when you register.

This support group is free! Donations will be accepted to compensate the facilitator with excess donations going to the Ready Set Grow scholarship fund to help provide yoga to ALL families regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, ability, finances, or gender identity. *If you do not wish to make a donation, just sign up "unpaid" for the group.

Space is limited to ensure everyone has a chance to be heard and to hear. Reserve your spot!

BABYWEARING DANCE - This class is Prenatal AND Postpartum Friendly!

Come move and groove with this joyful, inclusive, low-impact dance class for parents and caregivers with babies in utero or babies 8 weeks to 2 years. It doesn’t matter how you dance, just how you feel while you’re dancing.

Dancing with baby fosters love and connectedness. We will bond with baby, improve your mental health and well-being and connecting with other caregivers who support one another on the journey of parenthood.

*Please wear a symmetrical carrier and clothing you can move in. Sneakers or bare feet recommended. (If you are new to baby-wearing or using a new carrier, shoot us an email prior to class and we'll connect you with baby-wearing specialists so your little one gets lots of cuddly bonding time, feeling safe & happy.)

*No dance experience needed

*No fitness level required (recommended 8 weeks postpartum for vaginal birth or 12 weeks for a belly birth for optimal scar tissue development and recovery)

MOVERS + MULTITASKERS YOGA - Mobile babies and kids welcome!

Have you tried to practice at home only to have your toddler climb all over you and bring everything to a screeching halt? Has your child started crawling or otherwise outgrown all of the “baby and me” Yoga classes? Are you on to baby number 2 or 3 and just can’t seem to find the time to practice? Well, then this class is for you! You will be guided through a nice, juicy and moderately to fast paced Vinyasa class while your kiddo(s) can play and let loose with other little ones.

It's a little Zen and a little "Lord of the Flies". Some much needed socialization for kiddos leaves parents a little reprieve. Think yoga class meets play-date. Children are always welcome to practice with parents and caregivers, but they’re also welcome to stay true to their free-wheeling, curious and energy filled nature and just PLAY. Final relaxation includes a little quiet storytime for kids while parents get some autonomous rest.

TINY TUTUS (2-5 YEARS OLD) - This 5-week series is where the love for dance begins! Our Tiny Tutu's class is for ages 2-5, and focuses on pre ballet and fun! This 30 minute class runs once a week, and introduces our students to proper stretching, the beginning ballet positions and techniques, gross motor skills across the floor, free dance, and beginner dancing joy!

These ballet babies can wear whatever they feel comfortable moving their bodies in whether that be a leotard, tights and ballet slippers or sweatpants and bare feet.

*Children must be potty-trained or parents must stay on site behind our two way mirror in case of diapering needs.

**$10 discount for additional siblings when registering for entire series.
