Whitney Handrich, she/her

“All of my experiences and skills come together to wrap around families to promote holistic wellness and care. I passionately believe in the healing power of presence and community. By lifting others up, learning to trust, and building a supportive foundation for others through partner and group practices and collective care, we can take away physical, emotional, and mental benefits to apply throughout our lives and relationships.”

Infant Craniosacral Therapy Clinic

Clinic held each Wednesday, with occasional Saturday pop-up clinics.

With Craniosacral Therapy, your baby is treated with gentle releasing techniques from the hands of a highly skilled therapist. Whitney will release restrictions and tensions throughout the body and the head. Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch, hands-on treatment that can help improve mobility, restore balance in the body after birth, and support optimal growth and development.

Craniosacral Therapy can help with:

  • Integration after a difficult or traumatic birth

  • Body tension or discomfort

  • Sleep difficulties or general fussiness

  • Feeding difficulty or complications

  • Fussiness or discomfort from teething

  • Reflux, constipation, or digestive issues

  • Torticollis and flat spots

  • Behavioral, sensory, or emotional concerns

  • Delays in mobility

Treatments are held with caregiver present and baby full dressed. If babies need to be fed, changed, or soothed during the session, hands-on treatment time can be adapted to position baby on the table, on the floor, in a caregiver's arms, or being treats during a feeding.

Outcomes and Effects:

  • Restore balance in the craniosacral system, resulting in a more content and regulated baby

  • Promote optimal structural balance, growth, and development for childhood and beyond

  • Enable babies to develop to their fullest potential

These sessions are for ALL babies - newborns to crawlers to tots starting to stand! Whitney supports infant wellness and development, which in turn helps support the whole family!
