+ How do I take a live-stream class?
- Sign up for a class from our schedule
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you register with a link to the live-stream Zoom class.
You can add this directly to your calendar.
You will also receive a reminder email 1 hour before your scheduled class.
- Five to 15 minutes before class, click the link provided on your phone or computer, and get ready for class to begin!
+ How do I take an On-Demand class?
- Go to our Prenatal or Postpartum Class library
- Browse the library or search by teacher or class type
- Click to play the class video (a trailer will begin, you can watch it or skip it)
- Click the “Rent” button in the upper right corner of the video
- Rent an Episode for 24 hours or Rent All for 30 days
- If you have a discount code, enter it at check-out
+ How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up for a membership online here.
Memberships are offered on a sliding scale.
All memberships provide unlimited live-stream classes (with 24-hour recordings). Sustainer and Supporter memberships also include a 10% discount on workshops, unlimited access to On-Demand classes, and discounts on RSG swag!
+ I want to sign up for the monthly membership, but there is a 3-month commitment, and my due date is before then.

We offer a 4-8 week pause on all memberships (generally taken around the time of the birth).
We can send you a reminder to start again after that period.
Many of our members have appreciated the postpartum check-in while recovering from birth and transitioning into parenting a newborn for the first (or second or third) time. We know it can be overwhelming, and self-care can often fall to the wayside. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while supporting you through this magical (and often challenging) time in your life!
+ How soon after my birth can I start taking classes?

We generally recommend people wait until after they are cleared for activity by their doctors (usually 6-8 weeks PP)
Our classes are very gentle and created specifically for postpartum healing, so some people start a bit earlier. We can assure you that we will provide many modifications for you if needed. We are quite experienced in navigating recovery from both vaginal and cesarean births. One exception is "Brand New Baby Yoga" which can be done safely from bed anytime.

Free Mini-Movement Classes with Daniele
These movements are safe to do immediately postpartum. We recommend doing these exercises in small chunks as opposed to all at once and as always, please listen to your body and never push through pain or discomfort. Congratulations on having your baby!
