I offer private lessons in-home for later pregnancy and early postpartum people, or anyone who feels like they would benefit from personalized instruction.

I bring the mat, blanket, bolster and blocks.

Baby is always welcome to stay right there with us, and we can interact with them as much or as little as you/they would like.

Sessions are one hour with an extra 15 min “check-in” where we discuss what is going on in your world and in your body.

3 session package (includes personalized instruction cards to guide you through exercises we deem most useful during your private lessons so you can practice on your own-provided at the end of the last session).

Whether you're dealing with pain related to Diastisis Recti, Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction (PSD), or any other pregnancy or birth related issues, practicing regularly on your own (with correct technique reminders) is key to recovery and healing.
