“This class is so fun and is a great way to get into shape after having a child. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. Being open and honest about you triumphs and struggles is encouraged in every class. You don't have to be worried about being judged on your postpartum body, or how "weak" you are after the ultimate test that is creating and supporting a new life. Come and make friends and feel empowered by getting the self-care you rightly deserve.”

“I just finished a private lesson with Daniele and it was fantastic! We focused on some of the areas that have been sore since giving birth three months ago and she showed me ways to strengthen those areas. She is really knowledgeable and makes it fun in a safe and open environment. Plus it's so nice to bring baby. I can't recommend Daniele and Ready Set Grow enough!”

“I'm convinced that RSG classes helped prepare me to deliver my baby like a rock star! The stretches, focus exercises and breathing techniques I learned here got me through some of my hardest contractions and RSG also provided an incredible community of pregnant ladies to connect, commiserate and share pregnancy/birth/parenting resources.
Daniele is a great teacher with some serious wisdom when it comes to getting physically and mentally ready for labor. I learned a lot about how to stay flexible/relaxed throughout my pregnancy and strong/focused during my labor. She also knows all the perfect stretches to address the litany of discomforts that come with pregnancy and her teaching style is very engaging.”

“Dani made me feel safe again after a very traumatic birth. I was scared and I didn't think I could be good mother. She helped me heal my body and my soul. She had a way of making me know everything was ok, she took away all of the judgement that I placed on myself and filled that space with confidence. She helped me get in touch with a body that I didn't recognize as my own and reminded me that what I was going through was normal. I cannot recommend her enough .”
