“Becoming a Mother prompts a transformation so profound it entails a shape shifting into a new state of being. Birth is not an intellectual experience. Your ability to consciously cultivate your inner landscape is at the heart of an easeful and connected birth experience.

The Right of passage into motherhood offers infinite lessons in the realms of surrender, empowerment, grace, mistakes, and patience. Practicing yoga amidst this adventure can support us in a multitude of ways to find our center. To mother from  a place of wholeness and presence as opposed to an empty tank for which we will respond with reactivity.

This is the most important project we will every embark upon; the project of creating life and mothering, its up to us to prioritize ourselves through self care and a commitment to a practice”
